Our desire in music is to glorify the Lord, the lift the heart in worship, and to encourage the listener in their spiritual life. We sing the old hymns and choruses right out of the hymnbook. Sometimes some of our members play instruments like the violin, guitar, mandolin, and other instruments during the music service. We would love to eventually have our own orchestra that would be a part of our music ministry.

Our music is known to have a southern gospel flare in both the choir and special vocal music numbers. We do not sing Contemporary Christian Music songs (also known as CCM) or Christian rock of any kind. We believe it is important that our congregational singing be lively and worshipful at the same time.

The choir meets on Sunday nights from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm. They sing a lot of the old songs from years ago as well as some good new arrangements that are a blessing to our hearts. Our church has an old-fashioned campmeeting style that is evident in the choir ministry.
