Bus ministry

Our church loves to have children come and worship the Lord! We have a van/bus route that picks up anyone who would like a ride to church. Because Grand Junction is so big, we have a set area that we are able to provide this service to. Our van route has a great time as they listen to stories, sing, and play games on the ride to and from church. We pick up our riders at their home and drop them off at the same place. On the way to Sunday School, they will even receive a snack that will help them enjoy the ride even more!

There are many times that we have special promotions for our riders to receive special gifts, earn prizes, go on picnics, and best of all, learn about our precious Saviour, Jesus Christ.

While at church, we have exciting Sunday School Classes and a Children's Church that they will be challenged to learn the Word of God, play games, and make friends. Our professional children's leaders will provide for a safe and supervised experience for the child that every parent can trust.

The Sunday School ministry is an important part of our church. It is where you can make lasting friendships, share burdens and prayer requests, and learn the Word of God in a teaching atmosphere. We have classes for every age and your family will be blessed and encouraged to get involved in the outreach work of our Sunday School.

God's Little Lambs - This fun class is for children that are Kindergarten-First grade. The lessons are geared for their age and they are able to learn at their own age level with other children the same age.

Precious Jewels - The Precious Jewels Class is for girls from 2-6 Grade. They are challenged in the class to learn and are able to enjoy hands on activities. They have papers to take home that are full of Bible games that they can work on and complete throughout the week and bring with them the next Sunday.

- The Class is for boys from 2-6 Grade. They are challenged in the class to learn and are able to enjoy hands on activities. They have papers to take home that are full of Bible games that they can work on and complete throughout the week and bring with them the next Sunday.

Pathfinders - The Pathfinders Teen Class 7-12 grades meet as a class on their own. They will receive a great lesson that is custom made for them, they will be given practical application, and they will be challenged to live that truth that week. They also have rallies and activities in the month that will bless the physical and social parts of their lives.

The Saviour's Servants - This is a tremendous adult class for new believers and prospective church members! This class teaches the foundational principles of our faith as well as the workings of our church. Powerful instruction from the Word of God will stir the heart in discipleship. Their verse is 2 Peter 3:18, "But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen."

The Faith Fellowship -  Pastor teaches this adult class that is meant for adults of all ages. This class has gone through books of the Bible, series, and even character studies over the years. As they meet in the auditorium, they share their burdens and prayer requests, blessings from God, and learn directly from the Word of God. You will be blessed in this class.

There are times that we will have special classes that meet for a certain number of weeks for young mothers or some other group as the pastor deems necessary.

Children's Church

After the Morning song service, the children ages 4 to 12 are dismissed from the main services and move on to the Children's church service.

In this service the children learn the Books of the Bible, and a monthly memory verse. We focus on learning the structure of the Bible and cover many Biblical accounts in the Old and New Testament. The most important of all of course is accepting Jesus Christ as their Saviour and cultivating a personal relationship with Him!

The children's Church is always interesting, the kids learn all kinds of new things, and they get to participate in many special events! Often our teachers will arrive dressed in costumes that are associated with the subject matter of the day.  It's always an adventure in Children's Church!
